Shipping / Returns

Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

UK: royal mail 2nd class signed
International: tracked and signed (where applicable)

All shipping costs are determined by the size/ weight of the items purchased, and the destination address. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact me.

International Shipping: Custom Fees

Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping.

Shipping: Incorrect/ Insufficient Address

If you mistakenly provided an incorrect address please contact me immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, I will correct it immediately with no problem. If your order has already been shipped via Royal Mail, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to myself before I can change the address or provide you with a refund - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment. In the case where a package is refused and shipped back to myself, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges. This also applies if the buyer fails to collect their item from the post office. You will have to pay a second postage charge or only the item price can be refunded.

Mail Theft:
As I'm sure you can understand, if your package gets stolen from your address/ safe place it is not my concern. Once your tracking shows the package has been delivered I can not file for missing mail compensation. This mail theft needs to be reported to your delivery courier and local authorities.

Buyers have 14 calendar days after receiving their order to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You can return your product for a different item or a full refund (excluding P&P cost, unless the item is faulty)

All buyers are responsible for return postage. In the case of a refund, the product price is only eligible for refunding, not the shipping cost.

Package damaged or Items missing?

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged/ items missing, the first thing you should do is take pictures to document the condition of the package when it arrived. This includes photos of the attached customs declaration.

You have up to 7 days from the date your courier marked your package as "delivered" to contact myself to start an investigation. Please respond promptly to my emails to help resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
